Important Note for the Townhomes on Grassdale

We wanted to clear up some confusion regarding difference between The Village Club HOA and The Townhomes on Grassdale HOA.

The Village Club HOA is the Master Association, and The Townhouses on Grassdale are a Sub-HOA to us in the neighborhood. Even though we are able to assist with most aspects of the community and hold community events for ALL residents, we do not regulate the townhouse lots nor do we collect payments for them.

They have not yet implemented the new programs we have made, however, us at The Village Club are trying to get them onboard with many of the new initiatives.

Townhouse Residents are more than welcome to join The Village Club events and meetings, however, your voting rights go directly to the townhouse association. You can still cast your votes at our community meetings, and your votes and opinions to not mean any less to us. We just have to keep a record to share with the Townhomes at Grassdale Association.

The current information we have on the Townhouse HOA is that it is managed by Douglas Property Management. Here is their information:

Phone#: 770-926-3082

Email: info@dpm-re.com

We also have on record that the President is Desmond Keelaghan, Secretary is JP Vidour, and CFO is Charles Gregory Culverhouse. We have also been told that the townhouses are looking to elect a new board. If you are interested, you can send The Village Club HOA a message or email us at tvchoa@gmail.com. We will make sure your interest gets directed to the correct place.

If you have any more questions regarding this matter, please reach out to us below.

One of the discussions we will be having at our meetings in the next coming year will be how we can reconnect the two associations and make the neighborhood into a more collaborative effort. There is a current disconnect between the associations that we are trying to solve. We appreciate everyone's understanding with the changes we are making with the new management of the Master association.

Sincerely,

The Village Club HOA
