I own a Townhouse. Is The Village Club my HOA?

The Village Club HOA is the Master Association, and The Townhouses on Grassdale are a Sub-HOA to us in the neighborhood. Even though we are able to assist with most aspects of the community and hold community events for all residents, we do not regulate the townhouse lots nor do we collect payments for them. Please CLICK HERE for more information.

What do my dues go to?

The HOA dues go towards the Street Lights, Grass Cutting for common areas, Community Insurance, Taxes, Mailing, and Clubhouse maintenance, cleaning, and utilities. We have lots of initiatives planned for the future that will benefit greatly from your timely payment of yearly dues.

What is the clubhouse for?

The clubhouse is currently being updated for the benefit of the residents. It will be used for hosting quarterly HOA meetings and holding special events. It will also soon be opened for the residents to rent out and host their own personal events.

I have an idea for the community. How can I submit that?

You can send your ideas or comments through the contact tab at the top. You can also submit them in-person at the clubhouse mailbox on the front door.

Do we have a neighborhood watch?

We do not have an “official’ neighborhood watch, but security and safety is of top importance to us. If you see something, say something! You can post anonymously on the Neighborhood Watch Post by Clicking Here.

I want to Join the Village Club Board. How do I do that?

We would love to have you! Send us a message through the contact tab or email us at tvchoa@gmail.com with your information, preferred position(s), and if you have any qualifications. We want to start some sub-committees as well, like a neighborhood watch, so reach out if you would like to head or join a committee.
